Innovation is the main activity the organization has been involved.

Recommendations

Apple does not have a complex marketing strategy as compared to those that have been developed by the competitors, but this is because the company is not a typical technology company. The competitors of the company have mainly got to promote their business activities through the media. The success of the company has confirmed that if a business has products that are mazing and launch a few main campaigns that put the customer first. The strategies implemented are strong and the company should emphasize the strategies. To improve on the application of the generic strategy of the company, the organization should get concerned with aggressively penetrating the markets. The penetration should be mainly in the developing countries where the reach is still limited.
